ADD team provides consulting and training services aimed at improving the business activities of non-profit organizations: governmental and nongovernmental institutions such as ministries, government offices and agencies, institutions and organizations from the social welfare system, environment protection, culture, education, citizens’ associations, foundations and similar organizations. Our services can also be used by companies if they need support in some of the areas of our services.
Very often, development of project proposals, especially for EU tenders is presented as a myth, very complicated procedure or mission impossible. Due that reason, many potential applicants gave up even before they've tried to develop an project 
proposal.
Our intention is to present development of project proposals as a skill, which, as many others can be learnt on simple and interesting way and improved during some period of time.

When it comes to development, organizations meet different challenges related to the beginning of their operation, sudden growth, increase or decrease in the number of employees, changes in structure, etc. Due to everyday challenges and tight deadlines for accomplishing tasks, organizations lack time to dedicate to themselves and therefore need help of an external expert. Besides, it is not uncommon for situations to occur in which the help of somebody from “outside the system” is extremely valuable in developing strategic and operative plans, efficient work distribution, establishing an organizational efficiency monitoring system, team building, employing new staff, etc.
In this area, our services can be used by: institutions and organizations from the social care system, environment protection, culture, education, citizens’ organizations, foundations and similar organizations.
Everyday business activities of a large number of organizations and institutions are increasingly project-based. In order to realise an idea we have, we are required to formulate it in the form of a project proposal. Furthermore, the possibility of acquiring funds for further activities increasingly depends on approving funding for a certain project, as opposed to approving funds for general operation or business activities.
Acquiring funding from European Union funds poses great challenges, and for most potential beneficiaries information on how to be successful in this area is either unavailable or not clear enough.
In this area, our services can be used by: institutions and organizations from the social welfare system, environment protection, culture, education, citizens’ associations, foundations and similar organizations.
In Croatia there is a significant amount of distrust concerning most grant tenders. Such attitude is mostly the result of unclear criteria or insufficiently explained grant allocation procedures. In addition to that, grant providers often invest all their energy into the grant tender preparation and publication, thus leaving very little of it to be invested in detailed planning and implementation of further steps (making final decisions, monitoring the financed activities, communicating with grant beneficiaries and the wider public, etc.).
In this area, our services can be used by: governmental institutions in charge of the distribution and/or allocation of funds (grants, donations, etc.) from state or local (county, city, municipal) budget, as well as foundations and companies.
